"We are glad to have any side job", builders Vadim and Anatoly tell. A year ago Vadim used to work in Karelia, and Anatoly - in Leningradskaya region. But then exchange-value of the Russian rouble dropped, and working abroad lost its meaning: wages were practically the same, and unbearable working conditions. But it's not that easy to find a steady job in the native city.
In July-August 2015 Mogilev region created 1.6 thousand jobs. According to the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of Belarus the number of created jobs should make 2.88 thousand. The committee’s chairman considers that “employees must be made disciplinary, administrative and even criminally liable for back pays, violations of labour legislation, and false statistical data. The respective suggestions have already been offered to Mogilev region’s Prosecutor”.
