Traditional kefir is to appear in Mogilev stores this Friday or Next Tuesday. “Granny’s Jar” Company promises to finish repairing works at the fermentation workshop.
Repairing works began at the end of October and were to complete within a month. Instead the company provided the stores with kefir product which is more expensive than traditional kefir.
The region’s largest producer of dairy products – JSC “Babushkina Krynka” – widens its list of healthy products: the factory’s specialists have worked out a recipe of calcium enriched milk.
Mogilev customers wonder why there is no 3.2% kefir at counters of regional shops. It’s due to reconstruction started at kefir ferment workshop of JSC “Babushkina Krynka”, specialists of the enterprise explain. The reconstruction will be on for about a month; within this period customers will be offered kefir product (based on dry ferments) instead of the usual kefir.
OJSC “Babushkina Krynka” started production of 1%-fat milk. It is already sold at all largest shops and supermarkets of Mogilev.
At the same time such milk contains the same amount of calcium and vitamins, and it contains even more protein than usual milk. Besides, 1%-fat milk is cheaper.
