January-April “Belshina” almost doubled sales to foreign countries. The information is provided by Alexei Yakovlev, director general of the company.
“Belshina” is mastering production of tyres for golf-class automobiles. A new asymmetrical pattern of a protector provides high quality traction properties, reliable speed endurance, and aquaplaning resistance. The tyres are for compact-class cars. This market segment is very popular in Europe making a third of sales.
JSC “Belshina” and the Indian Company Shitij Commercial arrived at the agreement to deliver Belarusian tyres to India in 2013. Preliminary agreement was made during the visit of “Belshina” representatives to the 32nd Indian International Trade Fair. The interests of “Belshina” were represented by the trade house Beltyre Asia Pte Ltd (Singapore).
In July JSC “Belshina” brings into operation two new lines according to the investment project of technical re-equipment of passenger cars production, the source at the enterprise informed. These are the lines producing Konstrukta sealing layer (Slovakia) and rubberizing textile cords (Comerio Ercole, Italy).
JSC “Belshina” launched a new winter passenger car tyre 175/70R13 Model Bel-188. A winter directional tyre pattern without anti-skidding thorns has tractive and adhesive properties and provides stability and good control over a passenger car on winter roads. The maximum speed of the tyre makes 180 km per hour.
By the year end JSC “Belshina” will have introduced an automatic technology of tire mold cleaning at its plant of heavy tracks, specialists of the joint-stock company say. The technological system of the type is produced by S.A.F. Company (Czech Republic).
Within the 6 months of 2011 “Belshina” doubled its sales volume at domestic market (comparing with the respective period of 2010).
The general increase in sales volume within the six months makes up 149.5%, exports has risen 1.5-fold.
Over first six months of 2011 “Belshina” JSC made 2.2 times’ increase (comparing with the same period 2010) in its tyre export to the distant abroad.
Deliveries to the countries of the near abroad boosted by 18.3%. In general six months of 2011 made 1.4 times’ export increase. Selling in Belarus made 1.8 times’ growth.
According to the Programme of social-economic development of Belarus in 2011 – 2015, signed by the Resolution No. 942 of the Council of Ministers of Belarus, JSC “Belshina” will open commodity distribution network in Australia in 2011-2012.
OJSC “Belshina” won in “For entering new foreign markets” nomination and was the second in “Best exporter -2010” nomination, - the company’s press-service informed.
Among other participants of the contest were OJSC “GrodnoAzot”, OJSC “Belshina”, OJSC “Lakokraska”, OJSC “Grodno Mechanical Plant”, “Khimvolokno”, etc.
OJSC “Belshina” increased its exports by 166.6% in 2010, - specialists of the plant inform. Thus, the plant’s average sales growth made up 1.5-times.
