The XIth International Youth’s Theatre Forum “M.@rt.contact - 2016” opened at Mogilev Region Drama Theatre on March 21.Boris Svetlov, the Culture Minister of Belarus, and Valery Malashko, chairman of Mogilev regional executive committee, took part in the event.
Brest Academic Drama Theatre will perform two plays - "Dear Pamela" on June 2-3, and "Game of Love and Incident", the source at Mogilev Region Drama Theatre.
The first play tells about three fraudsters. When being chased by the police, they get into an old woman's house and decide to insure the elderly Pamela, when arrange a fatal accident and get insurance.
Mogilev started the first street theatre school. It was created by the youth’s art-project “Vmeste” which is involved in Mogilev’s street culture development. The art-project includes actors, mimes, artists, musicians and photographers. The participants of the project took part in summer performances in Leninskaya Street, the soap bubble festival “DreamFlash”, Celebrations of the Day of Mogilev. Today creative people and teams from different cities of Belarus and Russia have joined the company.

May, 23-25 Krasnopoliye holds the IV International Festival “Theatre parties” (Teatralniya Vecharyny). This year Krasnopoliye will host mainly experimental theatres working in different areas, puppet theatres, plastic theatres, fire theatres and oth.
Theatres from nine countries will take part in the international youth’s forum М.@rt.contact that takes place in Mogilev March, 21-27. In 2013 Mogilev will first host “Maslennikovskie Kolyadki” music and theatre festival. Museum batleika theatres will take part in the first in Belarus international festival of the kind organized by Mogilev Regional Maslennikov Arts Museum. For the first time in years Brest Academic Drama Theatre comes on tour to Mogilev. It will show four plays within the period of April 17-22.

January, 10 starts booking for «М@rt.contact» Festival. The decision was made at the first session of the organizing committee headed by Valery Malashko, the deputy head of Mogilev Regional Administration.
December, 20 Mogilev region’s theatres begin New Year premieres. The Mogilev Regional Drama and Comedy Theater named after Dunin-Martinkevich gives a magic children’s performance in Bobruisk. Father Frost, Snow Maiden and Shishuiya the Witch will welcome kids by the New Year Tree.
July, 27-29 Mogilev Drama Theatre performs the most romantic and fantastic Shakespeare’s play. Spectators will witness metamorphosis and funny situations of the play.
On June 6 Mogilev theatre-goers will be presented a new play staged at Mogilev Regional Drama Theatre. “A man reared by radio” by a famous Belarusian playwright Diana Balyko is directed by Victor Kurzhalov in “show must go on” genre. The play will be performed at a large stage.
Dneprodzerzhinsk (Ukraine) held the international theatre festival “Classics Today”. An actress of Mogilev Regional Drama and Comedy Theatre named after Dunin-Martsinkevich won the nomination “The best woman’s part”.

Mogilev Children’s Theatre “Eho” representing Mogilev Arts School №1 got the Grand Prix of “Yuzhniye Maski” Youth and Children’s Theatre Festival that took part in Ukraine.
